Meditation II, Superconscious Meditation

This class is a continuation of Meditation I. Meditation I techniques will be reviewed and expanded upon. Students will learn more ways to calm the mind and have a deeper meditative experience.
Students will also be given an in-depth look at yoga psychology along with techniques for dealing with thoughts and emotions
The textbook for this class will be Meditation and Its Practice by Swami Rama. We will also be using the Superconscious Meditation course audio (downloads) by Swami Veda. The audio download price is included in the tuition. $95/$75 (students & seniors)
* This is a 7 week course. There will be no class on Tuesday, March 21st.
