Meditation has been described as one of the most life-enhancing practices that we can experience. In this workshop we will explore the four basic components of meditation: relaxation, proper breathing, comfortable sitting position, and focused mind, and how we can develop and benefit from a consistent meditation practice. All levels of students are invited to attend.
