A mantra is a sound cluster that can help a meditator make the mind one-pointed, inwardly focused, and eventually lead to a deep meditative experience. There are one syllable mantras as well as multi-word mantras. There are also many ways to use mantras. In this class we will explore the many meanings and uses of mantras. This class is particularly useful for those who have received mantra initiation however anyone with an interest in the science of mantra is invited to attend.
