This class will provide an overview of the history, foundation , and key concepts and practices of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. We will cover proper sitting postures, diaphragmatic breathing, connection to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, physical, breathing and subtle body practices.
Recommended for anyone new to Himalayan Yoga.
