Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, is one of the oldest and most comprehensive systems of natural healing. It originated in India over 5000 years ago and is based on prevention and health maintenance.
This workshop will enable you to begin your Ayurvedic journey so you can learn about your own constitution through lecture and self-assessment. You will come away with handouts and a better understanding of the collected wisdom of the sages who began their tradition many centuries ago.
