Four times a year we gather as a community to actively re-commit ourselves to the practices that have been brought forward by the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.
We participate in Silence, Joints & Glands, Deep Relaxation, Breathing Awareness and Meditation. The day is dedicated to joining together and renewing ourselves and our commitment to the practices of the Himalayan Tradition. Everyone is invited – beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
AM Session ~ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Vegetarian Lunch ~ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
PM Session ~ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
You may attend all or some of the sessions. Donations appreciated.
