Dr. Buegel’s classes count as C.E. credit for Yoga Alliance certification and continuing education requirements.
July 6 – Session IV: Inspiring Meditation, Part I
August 24 – Session V: Inspiring Mediation, Part II
Though approaches may be different, the goal of yoga according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra is to balance the energies of the “ha” and “tha” as well as prana and apana in order to allow the rise of Shakti in the central thread of sushumna. By enlisting the energy of Shakti to illuminate the twelve cakras, one thereby frees the awareness of consciousness from the influence of the mind and gains knowledge to the age old questions of “Who am I? Why am I here?, From where did I come before this life?” Be prepared to spend some time in practices related to the twelve cakras to gain awareness of them as well as balance and activate the pathways related to them.
