Join us for this 5 week introductory series and learn an ancient, systematic method of self-transformation. We will look at the role of meditation in Yoga, what meditation really means, its proven benefits and how to prepare the body, breath and mind as suitable instruments for this inward journey of self discovery.
The class will include presentations, discussion, gentle relaxation, stretching movements, breathing practices and guided meditations.You are free to practice at your level of comfort.
No prior experience is necessary and experienced meditators are welcome.
