The simple practices that help settle and clear the mind and prepare it for meditation are not difficult. Each practice has a purpose and each lead to a progressively deepening mental quiet. They are refined with regular practice.
Meditation: Mastering the Basics will focus on three important parts of our meditation practice – relaxation, breathing and mantra. The class will include practice sessions to deepen our understanding of these practices and our experience of meditation.
This course is open to both new students and experienced meditators.
