5:30-6:30 pm Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a form of restorative yoga suitable for all levels of practice and all ages. In the Himalayan Tradition this style of yoga is called, “Prana Vidya.” These sessions will include a deep relaxation practice and will be taught as a preparation for meditation.
6:30-7:00 pm Community Meditation
Meditation is the core practice of the Himalayan Tradition. This Community Meditation is a guided practice and open to beginners and experienced meditators. It will be followed by a short discussion.
