Please join us for a day of Himalayan Yoga and Meditation. Appropriate for beginners seeking an introduction to the Himalayan Tradition as well as long-time practitioners looking to spend the day in practice with seasoned teachers.
9:00 am – 10:00 am Morning Prayers, Introduction and Gentle Yoga with Maya
10:00 am – 12:30 pm Relaxation, Pranayama and Meditation with Wesley
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm Vegetarian Lunch (provided by Certified Ayurvedic Chef, Susan Pack), Digestive Breathing and Contemplative Walking with Maya
2:00 pm – 3:30 pm Yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation with Frank
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm Evening Prayers and Wrap Up with Maya
