Please join us for a day of Himalayan Yoga and Meditation. Appropriate for beginners seeking an introduction to the Himalayan Tradition as well as long-time practitioners looking to spend the day in practice with seasoned teachers.

9:00 am Introduction and Gentle Yoga with Bridget
10:00 am Relaxation, Breathing, Meditation, and Introduction to the Yoga Sutras with Wesley
12:30 pm Vegan Lunch Provided
2:00 pm Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Meditation with Frank
3:30 pm Closing Remarks – Importance of Daily Practice
