This workshop series will focus on the relationship between two or more cakras, their energetics, the relationship of their elemental essences, and methods to study the cakras and their relationships.

Cakras – Mūlādhāra and Svādiṣṭhāna

Familiarity with these cakras through personal practice benefits from engaging the subtle senses as well as understanding the relationship of these cakras to physical structures, elemental essences, saṃskāras, Brahmā granthi, and to consciousness.
Cakras – Maṇipūra and Anāhata Cakras

In this workshop we will continue exploration of methods of study applied to this pair of cakras, the two flames of these cakras, as well as Viṣṇu granthi.
Upper Granthi and the Minor Cakras
Saturday, November 9
This third workshop in the series will study more in-depth methods of working with saṃskāras and their relationships to the cakras, the role of the element ākāśa and the void, and the relationship of ājñā cakra to Rudra granthi.
