Intention and Yoga Practice with Dr. Dale Buegel

All yoga practices have the potential to lead one to awareness of Shakti and her role in this universe. All movement has an  energetic component, and hatha yoga is no different. It is developing awareness of the subtle effects of a yoga pose that helps advance ones spiritual practice. Attending to the subtleties of mantra japa also advance one’s practice toward the goal of yoga. In this workshop we will examine the role of intention in one’s spiritual endeavors, including the components of mind involved in the development of intention.

Dr. Buegel was a student of Swami Rama and has practiced and taught hatha yoga and meditation for over 40 years in seminars, teacher training programs and specialty workshops. His expertise in the fine points of yoga techniques has earned him the respect and appreciation of students in the U.S. and abroad. He is certified by yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, YACEP.
