Please join us for a day of Himalayan Yoga and Meditation! Appropriate for beginners seeking an introduction to the Himalayan Tradition as well as long-time practitioners looking to spend the day in practice with seasoned teachers.
Schedule for the day:
9:00 am Introduction and Gentle Yoga with Bridget
10:00 am Relaxation, Breathing, Meditation, and Introduction to the Yoga Sutras with Wesley
12:30 pm Lunch Provided (including many vegan and gluten-free options)
1:30 pm Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Meditation with Frank
3:00 pm Yamas and Niyamas, and Closing Remarks with Wesley
