This is a “chair yoga” series based on the Joint and Gland Exercises as taught by Swami Rama, the founder of our center. Joint and Gland Exercises are simple stretches and range of movement exercises that balance breath with movement, contribute to an overall sense of well being, and prepare body and mind for meditation. This class is suitable for all levels.
